NUR JEWELLERY KUYUMCULUK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Nur Jewellery”) is committed to your complete satisfaction. Below you’ll find our detailed refund, exchange, and warranty policies in full compliance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
You may request a product return within 7 days of receiving your order for items purchased online.
The product must be: • In its original, unworn condition • Unused and undamaged • Accompanied by the original invoice • With all original accessories including: product box, warranty card, diamond certificate (if applicable), and original packaging
After we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
For cash-on-delivery or bank transfer payments, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you specify.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
