• All jewelry pieces are unique, handcrafted items. Each piece is one-of-a-kind. • Prices are displayed in TRY, USD, and EUR. The price at the time of order placement is final. • Gold prices fluctuate with market rates. Displayed prices are valid at the time of viewing. • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. • Product images are for illustration. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature. • Weight and dimensions listed are approximate.

• We accept payment via credit/debit cards and bank transfers through our secure payment gateway (PayTR). • All payments are processed with 3D Secure authentication. • Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. • All transactions are subject to fraud verification. • We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

• Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. • Signature may be required for high-value deliveries. • Insurance is included for all shipments. • For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

• You may return unused and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502). • Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. • Custom/engraved items cannot be returned unless defective. • Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
